Had to remove Windows 11 and reinstall Windows 10 in a clean install on my PC. I thought I had saved my files in my 1 TB external drive however I didn’t scroll far enough down and ended up losing almost everything including my Studio One 4 and my EZ drummer 2 and all my midi packs. I know there is record of my purchases and registrations, is there a way to download my stuff and re install it on my computer again. So frustrating and upsetting, lost all my songs as well.
