Greetings Earthling’s,
I login through email on toon track manager where my other products are, and it doesn’t show my purchased product ezkeys2, and the same goes for the website
The message reads as follows ” The product is registered to another account contact support” I have no other account and when logged into product manager it is not there, same as the website.
Maybe if I use the username on the Toontrack site I can find it there?
Any help would be a life saver as I am ready to morph into a disgruntled monster. I cannot get any response from support they just keep asking for more info and I have everything including my product keys and receipts as I bought it from the Toontrack website. I wish now I would Have bought it through AMS where I bought superior drummer 3 as they just issued me a new key for that product as I was having the same issue with that product as well.
I do not want to show screen shot as to not expose my product key. The message it gives is stated exactly the same as I mentioned above.
Thanks to anyone who can help me get this problem resolved as I am completely at a standstill on my current project.

Hi,
the only ones that can help you with this is Toontrack Support, so if they ask you to provide more information to securely connect your account with your products, that’s the only way, I’m afraid.
The order #, your personal details like adress and email and a copy of the receipt with serial number(s) usually suffice.
