This is one of those features I would have intuitively expected to be there, but, after some testing, I believe are not.
If I send MIDI notes to EZBass, it looks like they are ignored by the current groove, and the notes specified in the groove are played instead.
If I delete the notes from the groove, the root note is played only.
Isn’t it a pity? It would be great to use an external MIDI controller to change the bass line on the fly.
