I bought a Audio Interface (Roland Tri-Capture), It does not have a MIDI plug, Can i use a TRS cable or use the XLR to hook my Electronic Drums into Roland Tri-capture into Laptop to Send the sound of the electronic drum?
Probably. But it will be an audio wave file and not MIDI so you couldn’t trigger Toontrack samples.

Can i directly connect my E.drums using a USB cable to a laptop then trigger ezdrummer in DAW as a vst instrument at a playable latency without using a Audio interface?

Latency will depend on how good the drivers are. If ASIO drivers then you should be able to for low latency performance. If using the built in audio interface in a Windows machine, check out ASIO4ALL drivers.
