there’s probably an easy way to do this that I’m overlooking, but i haven’t had any luck finding any help on the forums yet.
(I’m pretty new to SD2 also)
I want to have a knob that will temporarily override the pedal modulation already recorded to the loop. the goal is to be able to loosen closed hats that have already been recorded by turning the knob, then back to what’s in the arrangement when the knob is brought back to 0.
Any help is appreciated, Thanks.
Hi,
I can see what you mean but unless you are talking about adjusting the CC curve response in Superior 2 (which can not be automated) it has to be done in your host software.
If you do wish to adjust the CC curve, please read up on this in the Manual in Chapter 7.3 Pedal correction.

Hey, Thanks.
That’s unfortunate, but tweaking the curve might be enough for what what i want. I’ll definitely check out that chapter. Thanks again.
I use Live and just started to get into M4L. i don’t expect it here but if anyone knows how to do this inside Ableton I’d really like to hear it, And you’re knowledge will be passed on; Immortalized in your legacy, if you will.
Thanks!
