    I don’t think so.
There are some great discount deals going around right now though.

yeah, i just bought electronic and claustrophobic EZX.

anyways i think it would be cool to have EZ besides S2,
but spending 92โ‚ฌ again for an older product,
having the following product already purchased gives me headache ๐Ÿ˜€

    cheers

    I understand.
I would only disagree that one is older and the other ‘following’.
They are two separate and current products, designed for slightly different uses.
As a Superior owner, the only reason to own EZdrummer itself would be for a faster, easier workflow, or for a more easily portable drum sample player.
Those are benefits, not downgrades from Superior.

you’re absolutely right about that, because the easier workflow and
the portability are exactly the reasons why i want to get EZ besides S2.
sure i would benefit from EZ but on the other hand, guys who bought EZ
than upgraded to S2, paid just a few bucks more than people who bought S2 directly as i did.
the difference is, i own one product, the other guys own two…now paying 92โ‚ฌ again for EZ = kick in the balls ๐Ÿ˜€

    cheers
    S.

    PS:
the EZX’s i bought seem not to work in S2, for some reason
i can’t install the library because EZDrummer is required.
if i can’t fix that i HAVE to get EZDrummer to be able to use EZX’s (just ordered another two expansions)
…double kick in the balls! ๐Ÿ™

getting EZ wouldn’t really be a bad option, as i want to own
it anyways i just don’t have the money to get it now.

    Soultrash,
EZXs *definitely* work with Superior2. You don’t set them up like SDXs (in the S2 paths) – you install them in a “EZDrummer” directory, that Superior knows about. It’s usually near where your Superiro MIDI files are installed.

For example, my MIDI files are in F:EZDrummerMidi, and the EZXs just install into F:EZDrummer (in their own subdirectories). Superior knows about this F:EZDrummer directory – it knows it’s MIDI files are there, and any EZXs are there, and it “just sees” them when they are installed. (nothing to set up in Superior).

You chose this directory at some point and have probably forgotten about it (which is normal) – but look for where your MIDI files are – that should be a clue, then install your EZXs to the same place.

If you know how to look in your registry, I can help you find the location.

There is no need to buy EZDrummer to use EZXs.
