Buying an Addon

Hi there,

I just bought the “EZkeys Small Upright Piano” during the black friday sale. I really like it. Now I wanted to purchase the “EZkeys Pipe Organ” as an Addon, but the button is greyed out and it says “REQUIRED PRODUCTS” and among those in the list is “EZkeys Small Upright Piano – Regular”. I thought that was exactly the version I got during the sale, so I think I should be eligible to buy the addon?

I just tried here and it works. Are you logged into your account? Have you tried logging out them back in? What browser are you using? Have you tried another browser? Have you tried clearing your browser cookies and logging back in?

Sadly, nothing of that seems to work. The problem persists in firefox and chrome. I am located in germany and the site is very slow (which is expected on black friday, I guess).

The forum seems to have eaten my last answer as well….

After a few attempts, it finally worked. The last time I tried, the button wasn’t greyed out anymore and I was able to purchase the addon.

I am also experiencing the same issue. I also bought the “EZkeys Small Upright Piano” during the black friday sale. If I try to purchase Now I wanted to purchase an Addon, the button is greyed out and it says “REQUIRED PRODUCTS”, but among those in the list is “EZkeys Small Upright Piano – Regular”. I tried different browsers, cleared cookies, and logged out and back in but the button remains greyed out for me.
