Hey. I bought the EZDrummer 2 bundle (including two expansion sets) at a music store in december 2018, downloaded and registered EZDrummer immediately and now I wanted to download the expansion sets but I forgot how. Were there several serial numbers for each product? Unfortunately I lost the paper with the serial number and don’t know if there was one number or more.
Can’t find any Download-Option in the product manager or my account.
Any ideas?

Hi,
nothing is impossible if you have any kind of proof of purchase but during that period there was ‘Buy EZdrummer 2 get a free EZX’ promo not a Bundle with 2 EZX:s AFAIK. So if you bought a bigger bundle from the store, you will need that receipt from the store.
One free EZX automatically got registered to your account but expired since it has been so long and you did not claim it. Again, not something that can’t be fixed but check if you can get that receipt or similar.

Actually I sent a mail with the same issue including a photo of the box and the receipt to your support service last week but no one replied yet.
What shall I do? Wait for the answer? Send it again?
