Ok.
I have tried to work this out – maybe my Googling Skills aren’t very good.
I think an EZ Bass Midi expansion, it gives me 400 different Midi patterns. Is that about right? So, for £25 you get 400 Midi patterns in a certain genre/style
Now if I buy an EZ Bass Sound Expansion [yeah I get a new bass guitar sound]… how many Midi Patterns do you get? If they are all different, in general how many? Is it more than a Midi Expansion… is it less???
Also what does the X stand for? As I think the EZ Bass Sound Expansions are labelled as EBX
Anyway – I have a load of ToonTrack stuff [well SD3 and most the SDX expansions] so before I dive into EZ Bass it would be good to know what number of Midi patterns each product gets you
Thanks
Hi,
EZbass Core includes the Modern and Vintage bass. Plus the EZbass Core MIDI, of course.
An EBX (EZ Bass Xpansion) includes both another Sound library and accompanying MIDI.
Add-On MIDI Packs are “just” MIDI.
The number of MIDI files in each varies, so there’s not a fixed number but I’d say that around 400 generally is right for the Add-On MIDI Packs, about half that for EBX included MIDI. Except for the Core MIDI, which I believe is about 2,500.

John
