Basic pre sales question

Sorry for such newbie questions…still trying to get a handle on how everything interfaces and what’s necessary.

Do I need to upgrade from EZ lite to EZ in order to use the expansion libraries, such as the drumkit from hell? If that is true, then I’m looking at $99 for the upgrade and another $89. for the EZx..correct?

Question part 2; After the upgrade (and purchase of expansion library) I can then access the entire drum kit via my roland octapad controller, as channeled from my midi interface into Logic or DP7?

Had another question(s) for you Juicy….I see Audio Deluxe is offering the EX drummer, but it doesn’t say upgrade from lite….it appears to be the full version. It’s significantly discounted, compared to toontrack’s upgrade from lite to the full version…and in fact, the auction has an “offer” option to bid lower than the buy it now? Don’t think I wanna wait for a reply on that since I am missing the toms and other features on the lite version now, and want to get something done in the studio this weekend.
Anything I should be concerned about here? I assume I’ll have to uninstall the lite version and simply install the full? Then, any expansion is just another install of that?

I usually don’t bother with an un-install, perhaps the installer is intelligent ,not sure so if you feel to do so…
There is usually a delay with Audio Deluxe untill Paypal clears but it is usually within 1 day you will have a fresh serial.
Some people have said they didn’t have to wait if they paid credit card.
They are fast cheap and totally reliable.

It’s better to un-install the Lite version before running the Full installer, so please do.
When you register your serial(s), the Product(s) will have Full Download archives available in your account as well as updates.
Please run the EZdrummer Full Download first, then the latest update.
Expansions are installed in the same manner after EZdrummer is installed.
