    Hi

Please login to your Toontrack account and click My account > My products > (Select the product) > then click Add computer (in the authorizations section).

    From the FAQ:
The computer ID is shown when you first launch the product(s) on your computer. It is based on various components in your computer hardware and can not be changed. It can not be found anywhere in your system settings (Control Panel / About this Mac), it will only show after you have installed and then launched your product in your host.
You need to use the computer ID in order to generate a response authorization code to validate your product, for more info please click here. Please note that the computer ID is unique for each computer.

    I hope this helps,
    John

    Hi semtec4,

is there a reason you can’t install the Product Manager on the other computer?

    Hi James,

please use the Toontrack Product Manager application.
If you need to remove Authorizations, you first select your product in PM, then ‘Show Details > Authorizations’. There you can manage your active Authorizations.

Related question: if I change the RAM memory of the computer, e.g. increase from 8GB to 16GB, do I need to run the procedure as for a new computer?

the authorizing option  dose not allow EZ Drummer to be enabled on my MacBock.

I have been buying this for a month now and I can not use it.

    please  return my money
I do not know why you do not remove from the Product Manager when everyone has a problem with this option and it is not important to activate it.
I m really so sorry for you.
I need computer ID but Icannot find that.

so  pay back my money please

Why can you not authorize your computer from the Toontrack Product Manager? Are you getting error messages in the Product Manager? Can you post a screenshot of the error if there is one?

Looking at your account, everything you’ve downloaded has been through the website and not through the Product Manager application on your computer. Using the Toontrack Product Manager application is best method to authorize.
