    Hi,

    we would be happy to help you but this is not the place for Support matters, it’s the Requests & Feedback section.
    Since I can not find you in the database, you will need to contact Support via the Support Portal, providing your serial and email address for registering your products, so you can get proper access to help and the registered users section.
