The scheme of 4 (?) total auths before needing to contact customer service is unjust for software bought and paid for in my opinion. On days like today, where I’ve just changed my motherboard out and upgraded my OS, reinstalled my DAW and plugins to find I can’t use my drum plugin until customer support finds time to get back to me… despite having access to my online Toontrack account and all related keys… now that’s BS. Is there an option to deauthorize? If not, why not?
Just as a note, my request to clear Auths was processed very quickly, but my original comment/question still stands. Thanks.
