the customer service at Toontrack is kinda lame for us old guys who have been in the buisness for 30 yrs or better, I’ve tried every way to contact you known to man, and you send us on this never ending rounabout of links that always ends up in the same place, I’ve even gone back to where I purchaced your product and told them my issue with the authorization issues I’m having, and they could not help me even after I puchaced your product a second time for a new authorazation code, I uninstalled and reinstalled your product so many times now it makes my head spin, I had it working for several months then all of a sudden one day it says EZdrummer is not autorized to run on this computer, and not been able to resolve the issue even though your auorization page clearly shows this machines computer ID as having been authorized, I Mean WTF? I bought 2 different licences for the same product, and i cant get it to work on either of the licences, It doesnt make a guy like me want to recomend this crap to anyone, do you people have any idea how much down time on my production schedual this issue has cost me? Sombody in your company should get a damn phone #
