Authorise my new Alt-Rock bundle is not working

Hi, I have EZ Drummer 2 and have purchased the Alt-Rock pack and downloaded etc but when it comes to ‘authorise’, its asking for my computer id and name…ive tried to do this via product manager download and that doesn’t work either. How do I authorise my product to complete the install? (Using Mac)

But I see you have only downloaded Alt Rock EZX for Windows and not for Mac, while you seem to be on a Mac.

I have now downloaded it for MAC – how do I authorise?

Hi, this is really frustrating, I’ve had nothing for a whole day now…when attempting to load the installer fro TT369_EZX_Alt-Rock it comes up with error message Config File Error Could not read installer config file

Could someone please respond soon and help me out?

Use the Product Manager application to download, install and authorize. Looking at the log, it seems you successfully did that just now.

All Ok now thanks – however, just an observation you may look at improving – the Product Manager defaults to the PC products I used to have but now I’ve switched to MAC – the instruction to select the tiny little button that says MAC PC could be clearer/bigger for people like me who may only login once a year and forget all of these things. Thanks again.
