Authorisation

Despite having used many of the SX Products for some reason the system will not allow me to authorise my NY Volume 2 even though I`ve had Superior Drummer for years and have always updated everything when available
I asked support for help only to be confused by them suggesting that I authorise it inside of Superior Drummer (I used Acid Pro)

PLEASE HELP ME SOMEONE!!!!

Can you provide more details please with screenshot pics if possible? At what point does the authorization fails? Do you get any error messages? Are you authorizing via Product Manager or from the website?
