Sometime last march or april, I downloaded a demo version of ezdrummer lite from somewhere. I don’t know where I got it – maybe had something to do with the M-Audio Oxygen MIDI keyboard I bought around then. But for one reason or another, I didn’t install it until now.
Like many others in this forum, I have encountered the “lack of a serial number” catch 22A. There was no serial number in the download package, and I don’t know where it came from so I can’t get the serial number from the third party – if there was a third party (see above).
Lack of a serial number catch 22B is that you can’t send support a message without one.
So, should I just uninstall ezdrummer or is there a way to get a serial number and make the demo work?
We might be able to help you but we must of course know from where you got the EZdrummer Lite copy. It was most certainly bundled with hardware.
If you have registered hardware, there might be an EZdrummer Lite serial in that hardware manufacturer account of yours.

John
