already registered to an account

9 months ago I bought easy drummer 2 and I must have registered it. Today I bought a few expansion packs and started an account not knowing I already had one. I’m getting a message that I need to download latest version but I have no idea how to do this. It seems I need to find it in my product manager which only has my expansion packs.

To be clear I went to my product manager page and I clicked “register new product” I entered the serial number of my ez drummer 2 that I bought 9 months ago and I got the message “this is already registered to a different account” I need to know how to find this account

cant download ezdrummer  (*edit*) & ezkeys cinematic grand

Hello,

I had to change my computer and cannot use the old one in which my Ezdrummer was registered earlier. I would like to shift the license to the computer I’m using now. How to do it. Here is the new code generated by Ez drummer in the new computer:
User: kiviniemijuha1@gmail.com
Original license: *edit*
Generated new code for registration: *edit*
