I just bought this and was hoping I could simply click something and d’load EZ Drummer but got this message below ?

what do I do ? – I tried to find something in support but got no where – thanks

That would seem to indicate you are trying to register an EZdrummer upgrade serial number. You will need to contact the store you purchased at to remedy.
