I own EZ Drummer, and I’m having some issues with my hi-hat. My issue might not be exclusive to EZ drummer, since from what I understand, EZ Drummer and Superior Drummer have some similarities.
After searching the forum (which needs a sort/filter by the way) I found a topic that might be the answer to my problems. After being frustrated with fixing my issue, I see the orange text “Superior Drummer 3 is required to read and reply to this thread.”
Why? I totally understand, not wanting people posting if they haven’t purchased to software, but why can’t I just read the thread? What if the answer I’m looking for is there? Am I expected to waste my time (and yours) essentially creating a duplicate thread and hoping someone replies with a solution that’s already been answered. What if I never get a reply, and the solution is hidden in that thread I’m not allowed to read.
There should be an emphasis on making it as EZ as possible to to find a solution on the support forums. I’m already frustrated with the software, why make things more frustrating for someone who’s already spent money on your products?
