Hey there. Haven’t been on the site in quite a while. I started getting back into music, and while noodling around in my DAW I decided to add and play around with EZ drummer (Using SD 2.0 ATM), and when I started going through the authorization process, I went over to Toontrack’s site only to discover that all my products are gone. Everything’s blank except for my billing address. It’s been years, and I can’t imagine where in the world I put all the serial numbers. Should I contact support by phone and straighten this out? Anyone been through this? Any answers and/or input would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
From my end I see 4 products registered to your account. You are selecting the My Products section of your account correct?

Can you post a pic of what is in that My Products page?

You probably just need to expand the My Products page to [Show All] of your products.
I can’t expand it beyond what comes up where it says that I don’t have any products registered.

I have a similar problem, i think there is something wrong with the toontrack page!!
today i have installed SD 2.0 (via DVDs) and EZD2 via Downlaod+Serial,…
After the installation i made the register-things in the programms…. and they work.
So, now i can’t see the both products in my online account, and i can’t register those with my serial number… ?!?!
if i want register with my serials –>”invalid email or passwort” (what the hell?!)
I am trying since hours, and YES i read all the FAQs…
I’m totally angry because I need the grooves of SD2.0……. according to the FAQs i need to register and download the grooves, etc….
Exept of this i can t update SD!!
what’s the problem?!

I don’t think so. I did forget my password after all that time and changed it today – they sent me an e-mail to reset it. Then when I went in, viola, nothing there.
I’ll have to forward this to the Toontrack webmaster.
