Alesis Surge Mesh Not Linking

I am able to find my Alesis Surge in the MIDI Device section, but even after selecting, applying and clicking okay. It doesn’t work.

Otherwise, it works for a few seconds and then stops all by itself.

Hi,

I am presuming we’re talking about EZdrummer 2 in standalone?

Have you selected the ‘Alesis’ E-drums MIDI Mapping in the Settings > E-Drums section in EZdrummer 2?

Also, next time may I ask you to please post in the Support section instead of Pre-Sales?
