Hi there, I’m new to home recording and I just bought EZ Drummer 2, which is f**king amazing. I own a Tascam DP-24 and from reading many articles it sounds like people are exporting wav files from EZ Drummer 2 and DP-24 to Audacity, making edits/adding effects there, then export individual tracks back to DP-24 (including drums). I am wondering if Adobe Audition is a good alternative to Audacity. I’ve read many articles and am not sure which to use. Some people say they don’t use Audition simply because it’s not free but I have a subscription to Adobe Creative Cloud, which includes Audition, so price isn’t the issue. I just want to use the best program. If anyone has some insight into this it would be greatly appreciated. Thx!
