First of all, I can say that I’m really impressed with SD3. It has so many crucial capabilities that have now become the basis of how I work with drum tracks. The results can be amazing.
I find Tracker works well enough that with some tweaks, adjustments and a reasonably amount of manual correction it produces an exceptionally good MIDI version of the original tracks. Tracking of dynamics is superb. In Find Tempo though, I need to add measure markers and see no way to do that. I work often with changing time signatures and when there are no drums playing over either a tempo change or time signature change Find Tempo doesn’t realize a new measure has started.
