    I am sorry but with an issue like what you are describing, there is no other way than to use the ‘Contact Support’ button found on every FAQ page, to get in touch directly with Toontrack Support:

    Update here – super awesome service from Toontrack and my (self-inflicted) account woes are sorted. Very happy with the team and I am making some excellent Doom this morning.
