I brought EZDRummer2 and I downloaded it and can’t get it to work on my PC ,I need instruction or my money back please. My 10 day trial works on EZBass and EZDrummer3 , but my purchase EZDrummer2 will not work, it keep saying this  app can’t run on this PC and I want to really use your product .Please help me

The only product I see on your account is the EZD2 Core Library EZX expansion pack.

All EZX expansion packs require a full sampler product to work. Either EZD3 or S3 Full/Upgrade, not the demo.
