Ableton Live MIDI Input on another track from EZKeys

I am using the demo and can’t get the MIDI output from the EZKeys track to be the Input on another track with a VSTi.

I wanted to mute EZKeys but send its output to another instrument while using the EZKeys MIDI clips and composition tools.

I assume this could be disabled in the demo but didn’t notice this was listed as a limitation. Is this a feature in the full version or does it not produce MIDI output? Is drag and drop the only way to get the MIDI to another instrument? I would hope to hear the other VST instrument while I compose and preview clips in the EZkeys browser.
