8-String Guitar -What is the Best Metal Pack?

Hi, having recently purchased an 8-string Schecter guitar with active EMG pick-ups, I am now looking for a decent metal tone from the EZ packs. I have some cool clean and mid tones but struggling on the hi-gain side a bit – finding the F# is getting a bit too muddy. Any help would be greatly appreciated ? Many thanks.

I would suggest testing out the Metal Guitar Gods pack, it has some presets made by Misha which I would assume works great with 8-string since he plays 8-string. (im using those presets as a 7-string player and hold them as personal favourites still).

Did a quick demo using his presets some time ago if you want to hear it in action
