    Yes, you can add your own MIDI grooves to EZdrummer 2, and they can be included in the Search tab so they can be used with Tap2Find. The biggest difference is that you can’t add tags to your own MIDI, so you can’t for example say that they are in the Blues genre. But aside from that, it should work like the MIDI that comes from Toontrack.

    Hi,

    Is there a naming convention for the MIDI files ?

    I added some MIDI files in the Linked Folders, but the tempo tag stays at the default 120bpm.

    Let’s say I have a file named “180bpmBlastBeat”, how can I make it so the preview in original tempo is at 180bpm and not 120bpm ?

    I’m asking because I’ve seen videos of 3rd party MIDI files where the tempo tag was corresponding to the file name.
