If you forgot your password, use the I forgot my password-link, enter your account email and press the blue “Reset Password” button.
You will then get a message by email from donotreply@toontrack.com with further instructions.

First, please check your spam folder to see if the email ended up there.
We have been in contact with users who have the donotreply@toontrack.com address added to the blocked senders list in their email client. Mostly users that use the Outlook web client, see the Microsoft support guide.
Your email client may have a similar block list, make sure that donotreply@toontrack.com is not marked as spam.
