I can’t install/update EZplayer on my Mac!

Solution:

If you are prompted with an error on installing EZplayer for the first time or updating to the latest version, follow these steps in order:

1) Repair disk permissions:

First and foremost repair the permissions on the disk your operating system is installed on.
Follow these instructions if unsure: http://docs.info.apple.com/article.html?artnum=25751

2) Download the latest EZplayer update (available from the DASHBOARD section of your account)

and control click the ‘Installer’ file, choosing ‘Show Package Contents’. Run each package revealed one after the other. This will ensure you have the latest compatibility patches that may be required for your particular environment.

3) If the previous step fails make a note the plug-in package for which installation does not complete successfully and contact Toontrack support, including this information in the description of your issue.
