…hi ! after changing to a new pc system and trying to install my Toontrack products i am totally lost. it has all been downloaded from the product manager but after unzipping and installing it is a mess to find any working directory. ezkeys2 appears in my DAW but the plugin tells me that there is no libary found and to be honest: i cant it myself in any partition oder folder but for sure it was installed.
as i am not often changing to a new system i am really lost. what would be a proper way to makie it run ? i think now i got some installations anywhere on the pc which are not corresponding with each other.
Do i have to re-install anything, delete anything to make a proper re-install of everything or is there an easier way ?
My products are exkeys 2, ezdrummer3, ezmix…
