    Download the Product Manager and log into it with the same credentials you sign into Toontrack.com with. Things have changed and it’s all much easier than before.

    Please contact Toontrack directly via the Contact Support button in the FAQ below.  Let them know the situation. They’ll probably have to merge your old account with your new email address.
