I’m working with EZD3 in Logic Pro X mixing for a project and got to wondering… how “engineered” are the drum sounds in EZD3? Are they “raw”, or has someone EQ, compressed, etc… They sound pretty good as is, but I’m adding some compression to the kick and snare for more attack and it got me wondering: Are they intended to be mixed, engineered, and ready for use?
