Payed upgrade to EZdrummer3 but got nothing.

    I have payed 99 euro for an upgrade from EZDrummer2 to EZDrummer3 but I did not get anything in my product manager. Also this transaction was not registered in my order overview.

    I want my money back or a version of EZDrummer 3.

    If you want I show you the bank transaction via email.

    Hi Rickard,

    Yes I have had contact with the support team and they were aware of this issue.

    There are more customers that had problems paying with IDEAL.

    It would be nice to protect customers of insecure paying methods.

    Same here, I just bought Ezdrummer 3 and the website says I was declined but got charged for it anyway.

    Can you provide more info please? What exactly are you having trouble with?

    I see EZD3 in your Toontrack account. Do you have the Toontrack Product Manager to download, install, and authorize it? What are your system details?
