Robert ShaploPlease clarify a few things in Bandmate. Does BM use User Midi Files ? I’ve noticed none of my Midi Files are ever selected in the BM list. It seems it only pulls mostly from EZD3 libraries, and occasionally/rarely from EZX libraries and Add-On Midi Packs.
On the left side under Genre is a list of ‘Pop/Rock/Country, Disco, Funk, Fusion, ect. What exactly is this, and how do you use this ?
Also, what is a ‘Generated Groove’ ? Are these not pulled from the libraries and AI generated ? I believe I read all BM files are taken from the libraries ?
I thought BM would be similar the EZD2 Tap2Find where you tap in a beat and get a list (including user midi) of grooves in order of relevance to what you tapped in. This doesn’t seem to be the case with BM.
