    have you tried re-downloading the Product Manager Installer from the site and running it again?

    I tried to open the product manager and got an error thats kinda like this. Still cant get it to update after trying all the fixes suggest on this thread and a few others. Please help!!

    Running on Mac, Catalina version 10.15.7, 2.4 GHz Quad-Core Intel Core i7

    have you tried downloading a fresh installer for the Product Manager from the Toontrack site?

    new build Win 11 pc and Product manager will not update on install

    I am having the same issue – I just get “Download of the Update Failed The Network operation failed (cURL error code 60)”

    OMG I have the same problem! What is going on?

    Whenever I try to run the Product Manager it says “Download of the update failed. The Network operation failed (cURL error code 60).”

    What should we do?

    I can’t even begin to tell you how disappointed I am with Toontrack. Itried to download EZ drummer for windows and it wont download core. Tried to download on Mac and program manager wont update. This is garbage and I want my money back!!!
