EZ Keys Grand Piano won’t install

Hi all,

I purchased the Toontracks EZ Line bundle that included EZ Bass, Drummer, Keys and Mix. EZ Bass, EZ Drummer, EZ Mix and all the updates install just fine. EZ Keys however will not install because it is telling me that I need to be an administrator to install the program. This is ridiculous and I have no idea what to do. Why would everything else install and not this??

Hi,

All good. It took two hours, but my brother and I worked on it and we had to backdoor the whole install. Manually, we had to extract all of the zip files, jump through several hoops, authorize, install and then finally EZKGP finally worked AND found the sound files. It shouldn’t have been that hard.

While we did use the Toontrack Product Manager, we had to bounce back and forth between the Toontrack website and TPM until we finally got all the parts working together. Why we had to go through this for EZKGP and not the others is a mystery, but it is all working now.
