I experienced this both in Cubase and Studio one. Don’t know if it’s possible to fix.
Played a riff in tempo 120. Used band mate to get a grove. Works flawless. Then I tried to make a riff in 120 and then changed the tempo to 130. After that I draged the audio file in to band mate. Band mate noticed the new tempo but used the old tempo in the audio filed. So the drums where made for the old tempo and not the new tempo. It’s not a big deal but it would be great if you could change tempo and band mate would work in the new tempo.
