Was able to download everything for Superior Drummer 3, Death and Darkness expansions, and all my MIDI packs. Re-downloaded everything through PM yesterday. This is the second device I’m authorizing these programs on. This is on my brand new M1 MacBook Pro I purchased yesterday.
The MIDI packs and the bass Superior Drummer 3 files were able to install no problem. But the sound libraries 1-4, and the Death and Darkness expansions will not install. I deleted them and tried to download again, but same error message, which reads “Installation Incomplete. See Installation Info Tab.” There’s no real info on the installation info tab. There’s one tab that would let me enter the destination path, but I never had to do that when I installed on my old iMac. When I click the Install button, it says “installer launched” but nothing happens.
I tried to take a couple screen shots, but the form uploader said the files were too big. I tried to send the issue to Toontrack support but it said help was 3-5 days away.
That was it. I was able to open from finder, where the sound installer file was. The issue was I needed to download and/or update Rosetta, then everything worked perfectly. Thanks for the help!
It looks like it could be an issue with the software not having a path for the sound libraries, though I don’t know why it would do that.
I tried installing SD3 before I installed Logic, would that have caused this issue?
The Installation Info tab in Details in Product Manager should say which component is not installed. Try attaching a screenshot here. You can press cmd-shift-4 to mark a part of the screen and take a smaller screenshot.

Thanked by: Prey TorcheLooks like the midi files are installed, just not the sound libraries.
Go to Macintosh HD > Users > Shared > Toontrack and attach the file SoundInstallerlog.log here, please.

Thanked by: Prey TorcheNot Installerlog.log but SoundInstallerlog.log, do you have that file?

If you click “Install Product” for Superior Drummer 3 Library Part 1, does an installer open up? What happens if you select “Open Install Log” from its File menu? Have you run this installer to the end before and it said the installation was successful? What path was it did it install to?

If you click, it says “installer launched” but then nothing happens. The installer worked on the base file of Superior Drummer 3 and the MIDI packs. It doesn’t say where it installed to, but there an icon I can open the app with, but a window opens and says there’s no sound library.
I don’t see an option to open Install Log from the File menu of the Product Manager.
Hm, aha, the installer does not open. First time I’ve heard about such a problem. But try to select “Open in Finder” from the menu to the right of the full download (in Details) and then double-click the installer in the Finder window, does it open then?
