Hi there, cant seen to just email support for a refund or ask why the:
The Metal foundry SDX doesent tell you its for Superior Drummer and you cant use it in EX Drummer 2.
So now i paid for something I want to use right away, but cannot use at all.
Since i will not be buying superior Drummer, is there any way to get my money back,
since the product manager cant install it anyway?
Any help here will be greatly appreciated

All SDXs require Superior Drummer as stated on each product page.

Ahhhh, thank you the info…..im an idiot….:) lol
I liked the demo so much i just bought it and found out the hard way, that
I am a poor reader.
I contacted support as you suggested and asked for credit if possible
I will just use the cash for another product if that option is available.
I appreciate your help.
