I am trying to record a drum track using Roland e-drums to trigger the sounds in EZDrummer 2. I have the TD-9 drum module correctly configured and connected to a PreSonus 1810c interface via midi cables. When I launch EZD as a standalone everything works perfectly. I’m able to trigger the sounds with the drum pads. I have also set up drum module as a new keyboard midi device in the DAW and have no problem recording the sounds from the module. Obviously I am missing something in the S1 DAW because when I drag EZD into an instrument track I am unable to trigger the sounds with the drum pads. I can only trigger them with the mouse. I’ve been all through the manuals for my module, the interface and S1. If the solution is in any of those I must not be recognizing it. What is it that I’m missing?
Curious. Having the same problem. Did you ever figure it out. Please reply if you have. Thanks.
