I just bought a copy of the Post-Rock plugin for EZDrummer 2 and when I try to authorize it either online or offline, it says “Authorization failed. Wrong file?”, “Authorization failed Contact support for help”.
Please help.
If you’re not authorizing from the Toontrack Product Manager, please try that and report back.
Also, I don’t see EZD2 registered to your account and EZD2 (or S3) is required for EZX use.

Thanks for getting back to me. I am using Product Manager and I do have EZ Drummer, EZ Drummer 2, and Superior Drummer 3. I have never had this issue with previously purchased items. I hope that we can resolve this issue quickly because my next purchase will be Metal Foundry and a few others. Please help ASAP. Thank You!

So you have your products registered to different accounts? If so, they will need to be merged into the same one. Please contact Toontrack Support directly via the link at the bottom of any FAQ page.
