Hello,
i was trying log into my toontrack account last night but i was using the wrong login information but after several attempts my IP address got blocked so now i can’t log into my account from home,
i had to go to another computer in another place to login, now i could download my products with the right login information,
but i would like my IP address to be unblocked, what do i need to do so my IP address get un blocked?

I think you should add an option to change the currency on the shopping cart and add a tech support email for questions like this.
also what happen to the upgrade from superior drummer 2 to 3? at some point you had that option

The S2 to S3 upgrade was discontinued 2 years ago after being made available for about 18 months.
