  Yes, I am an idiot.  Buying a 6 pack bundle, I ordered Basic Rock 2, twice instead of Basic Rock and Basic Rock 2.   In addition I didn’t realize I already had the post-rock, alt rock and Modern Metal.  (bought the ezx’s earlier and didn’t realize i had the midi packs)

  So basically, I got 2 out of 6 products in the 6 pack bundle.

  I love this product and I would love for you guys to honor a solution.

  Edit2: I have two serial numbers for each of the 4 duplicate products and have only installed it with one serial each.
