Hi there. Is there any option to lock the MIDI notes of a given song block/part ? It has happened to me a couple of times that I messed up a song part that I had finished because while I was working on another song part and selected for example all kicks I accidently selected the kicks from the other song block without realizing it. If this is not possible now (have not found the option myself) would be great to include it for next updates.
Cheers

Hey Josh – One thing you can do is create another track and copy what you’re working on to a new track. This way it’s separate from something you don’t want to change or visa versa. Just click on the plus sign to create that track. I took a screen shot by the tracks to show you where.
Cheers

Hi Pete,
Thank you very much for your suggestion. I didn’t notice that you can have more than one track in the Song Track. I will definately adopt that workflow. It will help for sure.
Thanks again,
Cheers,
Josh

Today I have observed that there is also something else going on. Lets say that I have two MIDI blocks one being song part Verse and the second being Chorus. If I’m adjusting some notes on the transition from Verse to Chorus, sometimes the two MIDI blocks are merged into Verse. Don’t know which precise action lead to that, but will investigate.
