    Hi,

    I think that’s probably because you have an RTAS version installed as well.

    You should be able to just ignore it. Other than that you could check the installation info for EZkeys and see if and where the RTAS is installed to manually delete it.

    Actually, no, RTAS is not installed (nor is AU). But VST is installed. I just confirmed this via Product Manager. Could the VST be the issue? I’ll still try to run the 64-bit update if you think it should negatively affect anything.

    Yes, please just update. What it means is just that if you had had any 32-bit applications that you relied on (since you can run 32-bit applications in High Sierra) to load EZkeys in, this update breaks that possibility.
