Bought new EZX packs for EZDrummer 2, serial already used?

  Hello,

   

  I bought three sound expansion packs today and when I try to register them on my account, it says the serial number has already been registered. They do not show up on the Toontrack Product Manager.

  Please help me with this, thank you.
