Triggering EZD 2 plugin in Reaper DAW via external triggers

  I have the EZD 2 plugin (with the EZD 2 interface selected) assigned to a VST instrument track in Reaper. I can trigger sounds (and record them) by tapping on the drum set in the interface but not with external triggers via MIDI. Normally, I use external pads to  trigger the standalone version of EZD 2 via MIDI on the same computer. Is it possible to accomplish the same in Reaper or in any DAW for that matter with the plugin?

  Hi,

  please make sure that the MIDI interface you are using is recognized by Reaper and Enabled in the Preferences.

  Also, make sure you have the Track Record Armed.
