Unable to Authorize on/Offline and Product manager not launching

    Hi,

    when you write that you are not able to install the Product Manager, what does that mean exactly?

    Are you not able to download it from the Toontrack site?
    Do you get any errors when running the installer?
    Do you see a ‘PM’ application in the Applications/Toontrack folder on your hard drive?

    Thanks for the speedy response. I guess overnight everything decided to act right. The product manager has just installed and am re installing ez drummer.
